Shipping

We deliver within Germany and selected EU countries. Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. Free shipping may apply above a certain order value – see our shipping policy for details.

All deliveries are handled by trusted logistics partners. In the event of shipping delays, we will inform you promptly via email.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason.

Please note that the right of withdrawal is excluded for products

• that are delivered sealed (e.g., food items such as olive oil or matcha),

• if the seal has been broken or tampered with after delivery.

Due to hygiene regulations and to ensure product integrity, returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and undamaged.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a written notice (via email or mail) and return the goods within 14 days. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

Please note:

• Unannounced returns cannot be processed.

• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.
