Are there currently supply shortage for matcha?
No – despite the global shortage, we are currently able to deliver in full.
We work directly with selected tea farmers in Japan, which allows us to act independently of intermediaries and keep our supply chains stable.
Can we request larger quantities or regular deliveries?
Yes – we offer individual B2B conditions for bulk buyers and can also plan fixed delivery cycles on request via our subscription model, e.g. for restaurants, delicatessens or concept stores.
How do you ensure the consistent quality of your products?
Both our matcha and our olive oil are subject to strict quality controls.
The matcha is tested several times in Japan (origin, color, taste, freshness), the olive oil comes from first cold pressing over stones of hand-picked olives, produced directly on our own family plantation in Morocco – natural and without additives.
